Why didn't I try this sooner?
This charming hotel exceeded my expectations! The lovely room featured fine exposed brick and a rain shower that was hard to leave. Especially the wonderful customer service. And oh, the location! A short walk to so many attractions. I can't wait to come back!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very tasty and had an Italian ambience. You leave the hotel and you're in the middle of the old town. SUPER

The place was perfectly clean with an affable staff from check-in to check-out. Magnificent very central location near to the airport, outstanding dining, lovely bakeries, the water, and even a John Fluevog store is across the street, and Old Montreal's restaurants. It also was close to everything. Meals were amazing, and there was Tokyo Sushi Bar near the hotel.

Central location in the old town. All within walking distance. Nice breakfast room, rich breakfast.
We had the room on the ground floor next to the reception and the bar. It was very noisy in the evening. For the rooms in the upper floors we did not see an elevator, i.e. the heavy suitcases have to be carried up the narrow stairs.

The Superior King Room was super charming. Loved the brick walls and fireplace vibe-felt cozy and intimate. The air conditioning was super quiet too, a win. Everything was pristine and clean. It was like a retreat with its European charm. No noise from halls since it's a smaller hotel. The bed was dreamy and comfy, just what we needed for a nice stay.

We had an amazing experience enjoying the cozy atmosphere and sipping on excellent coffee in the lobby café. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and we loved unwinding in the rooftop lounge with fine views. The thermostat in our room didn't quite keep up on chilly nights, but the charm of the place made up for it 😊

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the furnishings of the hotel very tasteful.
The room on the ground floor was dark and noisy, next to a bar that was open until midnight.

Good sound insulation to the road, air conditioning, friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed. The location is excellent.
Breakfast could be a little more varied. Apart from hard-boiled eggs, there were no egg dishes.

I adored the charming blend of rustic and industrial decor, with lovely exposed brick and warm colors throughout the hotel. The staff was attentive.
Room lighting could be brighter for better visibility.
